Statewide Repository

Request for information are made directly from the statewide agency that houses criminal record information. This information is as current as the reporting process of the counties in a given state reporting to the repository agency. There is no mandated time period in which counties are required to report to the statewide agency. Information is verified by name, date of birth and/or social security number. This search is not available in all states.
